Information about the products being manufactured

The main product manufactured by JSC "Kokand Biochemistry" is food-grade ethyl alcohol. The plant produces food-grade ethyl alcohol continuously in two shifts. According to regulations, two types of ethyl alcohol are produced:

• “Lux” grade alcohol
• “Alpha” grade alcohol

The alcohol produced is widely used in the manufacture of high-quality liqueur products and in medicine.

In addition to the main product, by-products are also produced during the production process, which are widely used in various industries.

The head fraction of ethyl alcohol (ether-aldehyde fraction) is used to obtain rectified, technical, and denatured alcohol.

Fusel oil is used in obtaining technical alcohol for the pharmaceutical, paint, and other industries.

Carbon dioxide is used in the production of carbonated drinks, in the food and technical industries, and as a refrigerant in solid form.

Distillery waste (bard) and bran are currently used as animal feed.

Gluten is mainly used in the production of confectionery products. Gluten can be purchased via the portal https://cooperation.uz.

Food-grade ethyl alcohol, carbon dioxide, and distillery waste produced can be purchased through the portal https://uzex.uz.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6033 dated July 23, 2020 "On improving the management system in the field of production and circulation of alcohol and tobacco products" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 707 dated August 23, 2019, "On the procedure for licensing the activities of production of food and technical ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages," paragraph 7, sub-paragraph "c" of Chapter 2 stipulates that from July 1, 2021, the transportation of food and ethyl alcohol must be equipped with an automated monitoring system (GPS) in real time. JSC "Kokand Biochemistry," in order to comply with the above decisions, hereby notifies you that starting from July 1, 2021, vehicles transporting ethyl alcohol must be equipped with an automated monitoring system (GPS).
